Surrounded by the native vegetation of the Atlantic forest, the Pousada Teju-Açu, on Fernando de Noronha Island, is a bold architectural project. Twelve comfortable bungalows each are built on stilts. The project reduced to a minimum its impact on the soil. The rustic decoration includes furniture made of reforestation wood and lamps made with onion skins.
A swimming pool with a whirlpool in its centre is an invitation to relax while contemplating the Pico Mountain, the main postcard of the archipelago. In the restaurant, the menu offers a re-reading of regional cuisine. To guarantee peace and rest: yoga classes, relaxing and ayurvedic massages, and aromatherapy.
